RE4 HD tidbits

>When the game was ported to PS2, some textures were lost because a very low-resolution texture pack was used. Later, the Wii version mistakenly used the low-resolution inventory pack from the PS2 version

>RE4 GC was originally coded for 30FPS, with almost no code to adjust things for higher framerates. To add 60FPS for UHD version QLOC had hijacked the games "gameSpeed" value, setting it to "gameSpeed = 30 / framerate".

I think the UK boxart is better and more atmopsheric but the US one is more honest to the nature of the game. It's a very silly action B-movie style horror game, not a haunting thriller affair. So basically what >>739847064 said.

I never played RE4 as a kid but I always remembered that UK box art just from seeing it on the shelf in game stores. It doesn't really matter if a cover is representative of what's inside, the point is to get you to pick up the case and id never pick up that shitty US box.
