I worry how much the hub stuff matters. Are all the cool boss fights/cameos from other heroes locked away in side content? Do I need to collect 25 bubs to upgrade my character?
I hope he has more going for him than superpowers, because his are in every game by default

The game would be interesting if Wolverine can take endless damage but the levels spawn more and more enemies for you to shred through, until you are wading through so many corpses and body parts and surrounded by so many dudes that you can be brought down and restrained by them piling ontop of you.That's something you couldn't pull off 20 years ago at least.
