Shit for $100 more I could get this. Is it good enough for gaming? The best buy guy said it will run modern games just fine. Im not looking for 4k 460fps maximum settings. Im looking for something that will run around the same as ps5 pro

>>
>>739989967
Is that a good deal?
>>
>mfw we're back to building your own PC is cheaper
I hope the economy continues to crumble until only a select few can afford a PC and then websites and 4chan make it to where no phones can access the site in question.
>>
Now that PS5 can run Steam there's no reason to buy a GabeCube either.

The internet is going to be flooded with Indians on pentium 4 computers
>>

>>

Jeets can't build their own PC.
>>
I think the portable gaming market is very good since the release of the steam deck, I just don't think anyone who has the time to complain about the price really needs to buy it. In this super inflated economy, if you can't afford a steam deck, then you can't afford a $2000 pc, given all the parts weren't bought over the course of a couple months to assemble it.

I honestly wouldn't suggest a steam deck over a laptop if you have the desk space, especially if you're trying to get the controller as well.

My current computer is from 2018 or 2019 (whenever a 1080ti was good) and it was a prebuilt because BitCoin was 50-60k or something and people were using the1080ti to mine BitCoin, driving the price to retarded levels. The prebuilt computer I bought (with a 1080ti in it) was cheaper than buying a 1080ti alone.

When this computer is finally useless, I wonder if I'm going to need to buy another prebuilt because those are cheaper than the video card inside them.
>>
>>739990134
you are genuinely retarded

>t. zoomer doomscroller

>>739989967
I can pay half that money for a switch and mod it and get way more out of it
>>
>>739991627
you're retarded
>>
>>739989967
My computer was cheaper and also stronger than this, the only thing this has over mine is DDR5 instead of DDR4. Jesus Christ man. Prebuilts are a scam.
>>
>>739989967
Modern games like Fortnite and Valorant, right? Because 6gb of VRAM is not enough for any modern games except for esports shit.
>>
>>739990134
then say bye bye to good pc ports
>>
>>739991960
>good pc ports
can't recall the last time a console game was a "good pc port"
>>

>>739989967
It is comparable to a base ps5, not a ps5 pro. Not a good deal although prices are nuts rn
>>
>>739989967
I already have one.

Not my problem.
>>
>>739990552
> is going to be
It's already been like this for years ever since twitter allowed people to "earn" money based on engagement. Only gotten worse when they discovered they can use AI to post shit for them, just look at /vr/.
>>
>>739989967
>3050 RTX
That will not be "around the PS5 pro" even on 1080p, sorry.

Will it run PS5 era titles? Yes. Will it run them at 1080p? Sure.

Will it be a PS5 pro? No.

>>739992018
>Sony ports
>Good
LMAO, no the fuck they aren't. I played Uncharted 4, and that shit stuttered due to the console texture cache they failed to NOT port even with the initial texture cache load before even playing.
>>
>ctrl+f 3050
>no results
What the fuck is everyone even arguing about here? the 3050 should have been laughed at first post, thread deleted, /v/ is tech illiterate
>>
>>739992378
You might be right about this one, which surprised me since it's the oldest one, but TloUs, Spidermans, Tsushima and God of Wars ran well.
