>>740000545split screen/local multiplayervalve accidentally killed it with remote play. devs have figured out that adding any kind of local play will cut down sales because people use remote play rather than buy multiple copies
>>740000706>>740000589System32 is now a legacy folder. Windows 11 only comes in 64-bit. No one makes program in 32-bit anymore.
>>74000098964-bit system files go in system32 though, or did that change?
>>740001129You can delete system32 to free up space. It's ridiculous there are programs that come in both 32 and 64 bit, just wasting space.
>>740001168DO NOT DO THISFUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU
>>740001205Well don't do it if you have a ancient PC obviously. But it's redundant on Windows 11.
>>740001168Wtf it works my OS goes much faster now
>>740001261DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS FAGGOT MY PC IS FUCKED NOW

So is system32 redundant?
>>740000589Of course you wouldn't know you can't play any games on linux
>>740000589We know, you are trans.
>>740003794Yes delete it and free up space
>>740000989But System32 is where the 64 bit libraries go. SysWOW64 is for all the 32 bit stuff.
>>740007071wrong
>>740000000Dont mind me, just checking.
The real funny one is HKCU\Software\Wow6432Node in the registry which was a thing for a short while until they (Microsoft) realized it was a mistake to separate per-user settings by architecture and reversed course. The Wow6432Node was supposed to be transparent to software, you'd just write to HKCU\Software and Windows puts it in the right place. But of course some knuckleheads hardcoded Wow6432Node and so it persists. You'll even see some software (web browsers in particular) still mirror part of their settings just in case other software (plugins) do the wrong thing.
