Odyssey. I was finally caught up with the series at that point. I was going to get Valhalla on launch. First game in the series that I would buy at full price. Then the retards at Ubisoft decided to make it Epic exclusive. I genuinely have not touched an Assassin's Creed since. My autism will not allow me to skip games. Despite them all being on Steam again, I simply don't have an interest at the moment. I'd rather just start from the beginning, but at this point I'd rather wait for them to remake the first game.

you should thank them honestly, valhalla is fucking terrible.

imagine playing a viking game that encourages you to go raiding and you desync for killing people during the raid...

Revelations, I stopped playing after finishing 3.

4. 1 was good, 2 was even better, brotherhood was alright, revelations was meh, 3 was ugh, 4 was ugh but wow pirate ships.

Honestly Origins, it felt like a genuine anniversary title that tried to bring back some mistery to the series and a somewhat serious tone that's been missing since Black Flag.
Everything afterwards just kept missing the point hard so apathy just took over completely. Even Valhalla's soundtrack feels like funeral music and a eulogy from Kyd to the franchise that once meant something.

None of them
I thought 1 was too easy and boring. Then my brother was like "they fixed everything in 2, it's so much better!" And it wasn't, it sucked just as bad.
Never bought another one after that, and then I considered my brother a slop connoisseur.

4, but I don't pretend that its some all time classic like everyone else.

I never played one. They always looked like garbage to me.

Rouge but syndicate really did fill my need to have an autistic level of completion. I think I did just about everything you can do in that game.

Black Flag

Unity

Ass Creed 1. Literally. Never played any of the sequels except for black flag, I don't regret that decision either. I enjoyed it for what it was and the graphics were top tier at the time.

Odyssey and Black Flag are the last two I genuinely enjoyed. Valhalla was the last one I played, but definitely didn’t enjoy. So much so that I haven’t touched an AC game since. Game is a bloated, lifeless mess that feels like a chore to play. My autism commands me to 100% any open world game and Valhalla was so bad it overrode my autism and I didn’t even finish the main story. I just dropped it mid-game. Anyway, the Black Flag remake looks good so I might get that.

Origins. I liked how you could go prone in the new one but it's wasn't all that good or memorable especially compared to something like ghost of tsushima.
