I doubt it will be this but it was interesting.I think it said that the main character likely is a member from the cult of SH1 and this takes place after with the cult trying to reach out to another town, and it doesn't go well (for both the town and the main character).the first trailer says the main character did something awful with someone else. The second trailer shows the town was doing some kind of riot over something that was trying to take it over. and the main character has a urgent medical wristband.
