Quite a few of her Osty cards work fairly well without him scaling up, but if you want him to grow, you need strong defensive output and know when you can actually afford to skip damage to overblock to get some Summon. Like it or not, Danse Macabre and Pull Aggro are the surest bets to make this happen. Any Defy+Debilitate or Grave Wardens with dexterity/nimble is gravy on top. Any other passive defense from relics and powers helps too, but can't be consistently relied on.
