I'm playing through Silent Hill 3 for the first time. The graphics and atmosphere are 10/10. It's actually much better paced than the Silent Hill 2 remake. SH2R does the Dead Space shit where there's no safe zone and it's action 24/7, which is exhausting. SH3s Level design and enemy combat design sucks, though. Shit like the pendulum enemies punish you for exploring. Stages like the subway are labyrinths, and maps/items are easy to miss even if you're looking for them. There's almost a great game there, instead of just a good one.
