It's a good stealth action game, especially the gameplay in the sequel, more casual than thief but still well designed and the homages to thief 2 in the sequel were kino.

It's a game that I'd call "decent" before the dark ages.
I think of it once every 6 months and remember that there's something called a "video game" that I used to like and enjoy.

I can't speak for other people. The game doesn't have a "cult following" but it's cool enough that you regularly dust it off.
