why is it always women who write story and fill the writers room as 'game developer', 'filmmaker', or 'showrunner' and why arent they working in some other position like concept artwork, game design, or programming. Why is it always writing?A woman could simply comes from whatever background in her life and she will always found her way to the writers room in whatever entertainment industry, meanwhile real workers have to go through layers of recruitment, interviews; doing several test and excessive incubation process if they want to code or humiliating themselves by showing their portfolio if they want to do some design job, but women can simply bypass all of that thing and become a writer - the head of both programmer and designer. Modern vidya are written by these women and it makes actual game developers look like a bunch of sheep that they ordered around with their script. Why?
