>>740223610I got into Fortnite because of No Build at the start of Chapter 4 or so. Played until the start of Chapter 5 on and off, but I think I really only enjoyed C4S1. At some point it just became about filling the battle pass, but not just that, the EXTENDED battle pass that requires you to get like 4 levels each day throughout the season as a whole. It was driving me mad and I spent a half hour each day searching for the daily "custom map exp glitch" these fuckers would upload only for them to get patched an hour later. The fomo is so bad, I feel awful for younger people who can't slip away from it like I did.

Everyone seems to have forgotten the mass meetups of young zoomers all flossing and being unable to contain themselves with Fortnight emotes and dances. Some people will compare the crazy to Pokémon but I don't know, it feels much different than how kids actted back then but I can see where they are coming from.
