put your PC in a mini fridge. Cut a hole in the seal, run your wires through a rubber grommet so you can close the door. It keeps your room cool and your pc cool especially if you use liquid cooling cause it keeps your fluids cool at all times. Also it mitigates dust.

I had a mini fridge in my room but it was way too fucking noisy. Either making a loud VVRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR noise, or randomly making a loud and sharp CLUNK out of nowhereshit was obnoxious
