>>740262302honestly shouts are super underpowered in skyrim, the only reason why people remember unrelenting force (they usually just call it fusrodah) is because the first shout you get and you get it to max level for free. not to mention it's really the only one that feels like it's strong. bethesda must've known it too because the DLC shouts were much stronger and actually usable compared to the base game
