what makes it more enjoyable than Skyrim?
better thought out mechanics.for example you can be a paladin in oblivion.you cannot be a paladin in skyrim due to the stupid dual wield system.
more game systems to "play" around with. More choices in character building and abilities to use.Want to be a paladin class that buffs yourself? you can do that in oblivion by going high in restoration and making a bunch of paladin buff spells. Buff your speed so you run fast. Use a spell to buff your acrobatics and jump higher.Maybe your character is weak but you can buff your strength to obscene levels with your restoration so your weak cleric can fight in melee.

>>740267763Spellmaking, attributes, you can go fast, more advanced npc ai, better quests, better dialogue system, better npc personalities, better combat and spellcasting system, it's not trying to depress you with greyness. Off the top of my head, there's a lot more because Skyrim was a gross downgrade.

it isn't for me. weirdly despite being the first elder scrolls game I played I still have never beat it, despite beating Skyrim and Morrowind both several times. anyone else? I like the game but maybe I just got filtered. I tried multiple times to get through it and usually fall off somewhere shortly after saving kvatch, idk.
