I have never played a God of War game in my life and yet even I instantly thought of the association that the cube is an amalgamation of the "stone" as in "the sword in the stone" with the sword being Caliburn and the "lake" as in the lake where the "lady of the lake" resides who holds Exalibur. So the one thing that stands out as an anomaly is the ribbon because I don't recall any kind of ribbon being associated with the Arthurian legend. Maybe the evil mastermind revealed in the finale of the game.

I'm not sure it's that. But nobody seems to figure out if this is some other myth.
