they obviously have had Rex planned for toy story part 2 and repurposed him to a mid season racer, same as yokai ,gogo etc.They obviously had unused kart designs and used it for a super kart that costs 50$!! To unlock to level 1 of 3:
>No golden pass new racer
>predatory spend events
>constant ranked events Every Single Day, its boring.
>Tune coins are scarce and events only provide a few while asking you to spend tons(+1 for each lol)
>unlocking a racer and getting to mpL 38 doesn't even unlock their unique!!!
>Cosmetics for newish racers cost blue tokens instead of vanity coins for commons
