Not dead yet, but their last two games flopping combined with the new Yooka Kart game looking like it'll be a Super Mario Kart clone, pixel graphics and all, seems to indicate they're not long for this world. At least with Unicorn Overlord I could emulate the Switch version pretty much day 1. But a game like Dragon's Crown is clearly designed to be played with friends so emulating that one just isn't the same.
