SC2 was well before D3. The creative juiced drains out of Blizzard once they began gearing the company entirely towards WoW. Starcraft, Diablo II, and Warcraft 3 were all MASSIVE games that even today, still have staying power.

I agree, SC2 story was meh but the game was good overaĺl meanwhile D3 sucked on both. Their last good game in date was HotS, yet it got abandonned.
