I also had a minor phobia of sea creatures in vidya. Something about the way they move and just not being able to do as much while underwater. Started with Ecco and kept being a problem in Mario 64, Banjo-Kazooie+Tooie, Majora's Mask, Ty the Tasmanian Tiger (this one was so bad when I ended up on the second island level Wrex Marks the Spot I was using the ice rangs to platform across from island to island I hated swimming so much).Eventually it stopped but it just kinda made my skin crawl and I never wanted to touch water. I avoided water like Rasputin Psychonauts did.

I just hate the act of sailing. I love everything else about the game. There just isn't enough of it. Two dungeons got cut but made sure to include a massive endgame quest of sailing and finding the triforce pieces.

The sailing is fun at first when you are discoring stuff but once you know what´s what it just becomes a chore.Ironically, the thing the game was originally hate for (the artstyle) is the thing I feel aged the best about it.
