The second game just looks like pure slop.0 horror atmosphere in the trailer, weird tropical setting, ugly girls I can barely tell apart, degenerate thug culture (not even zoomer culture because most apparently aren't having sex).I mean it's not impossible to have a good horror game with a tropical setting, especially if it has proper set design. Tropical beaches at night have been done well as horror settings many times. I'm thinking I Still Know What You Did Last Summer, Scooby Doo, some of those old Fear Streets. But the art direction and atmosphere for this just seems terrible or non-existent.Imagine they took the classic subtle horror approach. Have much of the game set at night, white sand, the moon a solid white against a starry purple sky with twinkling stars, gentle waves rocking at the shore etc.To make a good horror game you first have to make it comfy, that's what the ski lodge in the first game did well.
