Play Death Stranding 2: On the beach
>>740295817Im not much into movies.
>>740295817I did. It's pretty good from a gameplay perspective, but there's no denying that this is just Death Stranding the Lost Levels. The game leaves you with a profound sense of what was the point, it's just the first game but worse designed and following story beats that are exactly the same but worse executed and redundant. It certainly made me appreciate how good the first game is.
>>740296137>good>gameplay
The story and mission structure is much worse than the first one. Don't play it unless you're a CoD gooner. It is just mechanically inferior MGSV
>>740295817where is the model rip
>>740296137the point is to build the roads and monorails
>>740296343why do you ask
>>740295817>>740296550I will now play your game

>>740295817heck yea
>>740300757
>>740298967Kek saved. This game has the best facial expressions.
Uninstalled after 20 hours. It's just not for me anymore. I don't know, it doesn't feel as comfy as the first game. I didn't quite like the day and night mechanic.
Is Physint being developed using the same engine is DS?
>tomorrow is in your handsdo you want to be inside tomorrow?
>>740301810I don't think we know that, but Guerilla still has a deal with KojiPro to support the later in any dev they do.
>>740298723Zamn. Will that run on fourty-sixty?
>>740303256you doubt Kojima?
>>740295817I never lost faith
why the beach ?
>>740295817can I just play it on my couch
>>740295817I cannot believe Kojima is hailed as a genius. The ideas are good but the cutscenes are so fucking trash
>>740295817>PlayIt's a movie, starring Debra Wilson
>>740296550my heart skipped a beat, what a beautiful woman
>>740295817>>740296550kissable
>>740309278filtered
>screenshots taken with in game photo mode and steam get bad color banding>god fucking awful at times>screenshots taken with external software are normal>don't notice until almost 400 hours in>have 700+ screenshotsBros I'm seething
>>740312667it's ogre.
>>740313214It's worse than ogre. Look at this shit on top left. It's like the lighting gets fucked in an oval like that but only when the screenshot is being taken, I never noticed until recently because it never happens in gameplay. I'm mad because there's a handful of really cool ones I got mid fights that I'm never getting again, and they got screenshot aids
>>740314321maybe you have lens distortion on or smthalso nobody notices that shit
>>740315043My autism notices. Look at this and tell me you don't notice anything
TOMORROW IS IN YOUR HANDS
>>740314321Yeah, I've noticed this before in other games.
>>740296343>>740296550This one is straight from video so it's doubtful the model is in the files.
>>740296013Retard. At least update your NPC firmware and call it 'walking simulator' like rest of your kind does.
i would love toonce i can buy it for $20
i was really excited for 2 after being surprised by how much i enjoyed 1 after picking up the director's cut for 20 bucks and putting in 150hrs to 100% it. well, turns out 2 was a pile of shit in comparison and kojima has fallen. still kinda bummed about it.
>>740296205>frogposter>retardTypical
>>740296482This but unironically. The game becomes much better when you tell yourself it’s just about building roads and monorails and that the story and missions are all about fighting off people trying to stop you from building roads and monorails
>>740296302MGSV sucked though>deploy near this base and extract this one dude >okay cool now do it fifty more times At least Death Stranding 2 has cooler bosses and prettier landscapes
>>740298225Nyes
>>740300379What you said
I liked it a lot more on my second playthrough. The first one was rough, there really is too much combat. And the Neil fights suck ass. If it wasn't for the great presentation and god tier music, those fights would be irredeemable dogshit
Please Don’t Stop playing after you defeat the Lord of the Lake was such a fucking kino choice. I wasn’t that impressed by the boss itself, felt like an inferior version of the previous game’s whale BT. But as soon as that song started playing, just like how it played after you defeated the whale in the first game, almost made me tear up. This game is far from perfect and pales in comparison to the first but, fuck, is it still a fucking good ass game bros
>>740295817>PlayGood one
>>740316964Retard. And i'm at roughly half way with the map.
Reminder that Higgs did nothing wrong.
>>740317676low iq detected
>>740318456>wanting to see and hear niggers makes you high IQ
>>740318679Yes. The way you think and the things you say genuinely make you sound low IQ and stupid as fuck.
>>740319241>low IQ and stupid as fuck.Sounds like you hate niggers.
>>740297990No worries beach has computer now.
>>740322061Sure does
>>740308276We're land creatures so physically it's the threshold between our world and an ocean world which really isn't our own. The ocean floor being lower in altitude than than sea level land is as much of an underworld as we have in a geographical way. Associations between the sea or rivers and crossing into death are common in various cultures, tell me you don't feel uncomfortable looking at the sea.Oceans and the ocean of death require technology to make use of but still we've not mastered the whole sea despite mastering the earth. Kojima doesn't like the ocean or things that live in it, it's spooky, but i'm sure he enjoyed going to the beach and japan has pretty beaches.
>>740316846Do you say this because there are more story missions where you fight robots or clear camps?
>>740322818JeJ. Truly an animal crossing to and from the beach.
>>740323564Yes. There's a lot more fighting in general within the story. I had heard about it before playing but I wasn't prepared, I mostly wanted more delivering. I was never carrying a lot of weapons and never really ready for combat despite the NPCs telling you that it's going to happen. On my second playthrough I engaged a lot more with it, playing differently and using tools I didn't use before. Got a lot of fun out of combat this time, but I can see why people who didn't enjoy fighting in the first game would dread fighting in the second. The only fights I still don't like are the Neil fights, the odradek bullet blocking not working there because APAS enhancements don't work sucks. I also wish the drawbridge q pid has more options rather than on or off. I love fighting ghost mechs, catcher BTs not so much
>>740296137personally i found it really disappointing how the core movement model basically didn't evolve at allthat was the most interesting and exciting part of DS1 and it's just..... the same, same mechanics, same canned animations, same bugs and edge cases
>>740323380wowe
