Which is the harder game?
Rain World is just RNG with a pinch of grinding. When a giganigger blocks your path and kills you, most of the time he's gone by the time you're back. Most of the shelters in the game also also have just enough respawning fruit to give you reddit karma over and over.
noita is ultraconcentrated big dick energy
Rain World is easy if you spend ages observing and run away from danger.Noita is never easy. Even if you're good at it you're only ever one second away from being killed by something you could never have predicted or prevented. Though whether that counts as 'true difficulty' is a debate itself I guess.
why they had to make rain world so hard. I just want comfy time instead of getting pissed
>>740310798>game encourages you to observe carefully>if you spend too much time doing nothing, you die and lose your progressretarded game design
>>740310798>noita is never easyOnce I've fungal shifted all the polymorphine into something else and my health pool can only legibly be displayed with scientific notation it is
>>740308579Id say Noita if only because the punishment for diying trows you back from anywhere from 2-15+hsto 0 unlike Rainworld where you at most lost 15 min
I finished Rain World a few months ago. Tough but doable. I started Noita last week. I keep getting my ass kicked and feel like I’m making no progress. How can I get gud.
>>740310798You simply never got good at Noita. Noita is a very easy game once you understand how to engage with the enemies and to not blow yourself up.
>>740317608You just simply get good. Following guides or doing whatever other people tell you won't improve your skills, and can be a trap of doing boring arbitrary shit that people tend to do.

>>740318017Oh wow, why didn't I think of that?!
>>740317969Just get a shield nigga.
Rain World is at least more honest about its difficulty and doesn't have you die to random bullshit happening halfway across the map
>>740317608>How can I get gud.respawn mod
>>740308579Noita takes like 2, 300 hours to realize you were actually playing the tutorial this entire time
>>740317608It's been quite a while since I last played, but here's a few tips.>Carry a flask with some harmless liquid (water > blood > slime) you can use to douse yourself if you get caught on fire or covered in acid/toxic sludge. Can easily save your run. As a bonus, water poured onto toxic sludge turns the sludge into more water.>Learn to peek corners instead of just blindly charging forward.>Explore a zone until you're fairly certain you've killed all enemies and seen all the items OR you start getting low on HP.>The coal mines (second zone) always have a fungal area on the far left that contains dangerous enemies (relative to the coal mines) and powerful wands/other items. Can be a nice powerup if you can get in and out in one piece.
>>740317969>Has about 4 biomes he can spawn inYou know where they can appear be careful entering, kill one and eat the corpse before proceding
>>740308579From easiest to hardest, in my opinion:>beating Noita by killing Kolmi and getting to the bottom>beating Rain World as Survivor>power gap>beating Noita's other endings They're apples and oranges.
>>740317969>He actually sees alive enemies on his screen after the early game in NoitaCouldn't be me, Homing rock, Go!
