Go for a walk or work out or do anything else.Its helped me a substantial amount just to establish the boundary "staring at your library is not a hobby, pick something at random or do something else".If you pick something and then say "man this sucks, I would rather be doing..." then do whatever it is you'd be rather doing. If you're not sure where you're going it hurts nothing to walk about a bit.
