The hero seems to move rather sluggish and I don't like how puny his blaster feel, although yeah, I understand the focus is more on the whole grab&throw enemies gimmick. What I don't understand however is why I you can only aim the blaster horizontally.

The original was fine but rather basic rts set in bronze era where the main gimmick is that each your villager and military unit tickle down your food supply, so your units can starve to death if you don't keep a steady steam of food production. The sequel already looks promising but the demo is very short to say something more about it. Just three tutorial missions that you can beat total in half a hour. It didn't even focused on such things like unit production or more advanced buildings and techs. I'll keep a look on it, but looks like devs still have a lot of work before them.

I've been playing Dimraeth all day. I think there's definitely some potential here, but I've also been writing up a wall of complaints / improvements for the dev.Dimaerth is a co-op RPG where you play as big muscular BVLL. That's all you need to know. (You can also play as a human girl and they'll add other races later.)Don't let the co-op part scare you away, you can play it solo and the devs approve of it.
