It ended up being the largest UPS drop, with rules that made no sense, and caused a small nuclear setup to use 4 full pipes of water, which again, tanked your UPS due to internal sloshing simulations that the user didn't even see. The new system just makes pipes behave like an electrical wire. Fluid comes in one end and instantly out the other at full throughput. To nerf it, they made it so that a pipe requires a pump after a certain distance.
