I'm not an expert but why don't they just make COD exclusive, broker the rights to timed exclusive for Hogwarts 2, bring WoW to Xbox, then announced TES6 will be Xbox exclusive in 20 years.

There's not much for them to show first-party. They've already announced/released/cancelled everything their studios are working on. So they'll be relying nearly entirely on third-party games.
