The movie that got leaked months ago should have been a thing when Korra was airing, along with other animated movies about the adult Gaang's Era. At the same time, they could've released those books about the past avatars, then the tabletop game and when Korra ended she could've got her own movies. All of this could have been done during the 2010s and early 2020's perfectly.
