PS3 launch price in Australia was $1 grand in 2007, which would be like $1,700 AUD today. I have a feeling PS6 will ask more than that at launch since they jacked up PS5 Slim to $1 grand recently anyway. PS5 Pro is currently $1,400 AUD.
