Performance on the PS3 was only an issue on Dead Souls, the dream segment during Saejima's first chapter in 5, and then in Ishin, 0, and K1 because they're all built off of 5's engine. The only thing you can fix on PC is the quickstep distance. That's why you play the PS3 original with the restoration patch on a PS3 or through RPCS3.In general the PC versions usually have their own fun issues compared to the console versions like 0's save corruption and broken arcade games, all Dragon Engine games past 30 FPS, 3R through 5R having weird PC exclusive issues like 3R's instant fishing (Fixed) and I remember 5R having some minigame issue only on PC (Fixed as far as I know), 7G being the only version to be broken both in the coliseum and in Pocket Circuit if you go to 60 or above (Only possible on PC), etc.Even K3 initially had worse visuals on anything that wasn't a PS4 until after some patches which put them in parity with the PS4 version.

It's terrible in combat because to do any damage you need to C4 or C7 it to apply Bleed and enemies don't let you do that. It is only useful in Bad Boy Dragon where if you max out your attack you can just stand there holding O to spin your kusarigama and clean the low HP groups quickly.DoD is still the style you want to use for basically everything because it can actually dodge, counter, do high damage immediately, and has a significantly better Ultimate Heat.
