This is just a cutscene example. It gets worse when you're actually in the thick of action.

Are there any other examples of poorly programmed/fucked up graphical settings?

Sadly, there's no fix for the FPS tanking from using a sniper scope as it double renders a scene. Absolute Capcom retardation.

I played this game on native 1080p with everything maxed including the hair strands on RTX3060. The only place where my fps dipped was the village when you return at night and it's raining, which takes about 1 minute to get to the next area.
