Major story characters were race swapped to black, random guards are now black. Sketches you can find are more censored, raunchy paintings were removed and swapped out. They lied to our faces.5. The lipsyncing is catastrophically bad. It's one thing to do a shit job, it's another thing entirely to not even give it a best effort attempt to do a comparable implementation that other games have.6. Combat is worse than the original, dodging gives invulnerability frames, animations are far worse in general, killing animations are worse Before if you were killing someone with a sword there was a slight tasteful delay between the sword going in and then you twisting it and the scream and blood streaming from underneath the victim. All gone, all worse. Yes adding dodging is good but not via iframes.7. Animal behaviors are somehow worse than before, it's actually blowing my mind. Molerats and scavengers are not doing clear threatening noises and animations anymore. Molerats have some kind of magic insta tunneling mechanic where they can tunnel through rock, wooden bridges, etc. Shitty devs don't care, they just wanted to enshittify molerats. Wolves jump through the air like some kind of icefishing cats.

The game is quite CPU heavy, as all UE5 slop tends to be now.If CPU is bottlecapping your FPS turn off Nvidia Reflex. Usually the effect is negligible but for me it gets me an extra ~10fps in the swamp camp.
