It's so annoying that 90% of horror games are just being chased by a monster when almost all the fun of the PS1 horror games is the puzzles that get you from one scare to another

The original RE1 only has like four or five actual puzzles. RE2 has even less. And no, taking an item from one place to another is not a "puzzle". Neither is anything where the answer is just given to you in a text file.

that's why sh2 is the goat, a minimum of chasing happens and the atmosphere creates the horror for you.
It's simply an unmatch masterpiece
