Zhuge Liang already saw the visions of Chibi and Wuzhang Plains in the ending of the first game, but maybe that's too far of a timeskip.

Wo Long is objectively not a superior game than Nioh but holy shit man it feels a lot better to kill dudes and bosses so idk how to rate it. It's just too smooth and fun and maybe that's all it needs and more enemies ofcourse.

>>740615375The comparisons between Nioh have always been retarded and a lot of it comes down to people misunderstanding Wo Long. In Nioh, the actual stances themselves aren't that important, it's all about the weapon skills and the stance system, outside of ki pulse/flux, is really just a way to switch between your available skills. Wo Long lacks weapon skills (especially 1.0) and you dont have control over it in NG so people thought that the game was too simple but the reality is that the magic system is what replaces weapon skills. When you actually consider all of your spells + weapon skills, the game has a lot you can do and it obviously only got better with updates. Wo Long's flow is extremely good and that's what brings it to the same level as Nioh. You're still pressing more buttons in Nioh but that doesn't really mean it has a better system.

I started after all the updates were rolled so I had a pleasure to enjoy and experience the game in it's premium state and yes magic is too good. I really only think the game needs more enemies, especially monsters, with that Wo Long clears Nioh in terms of fun at least.
