Moreover, I generally like to invest it into things I gain something tangible from anymore which is why the outdoor hobbies have been such a big deal as they are, generally speaking, an investment into your physical health and well being (which of course affects your mental health as well). Creating art/writing are also very therapeutic. Anymore, vidya is my hobby for if the weather is just not going to allow some other activity or I'm not feeling well. I feel like the earlier somebody gets this realization the better off they are going to be, but of course, when you're younger time feels like it goes on forever.
