I'm jonesing for Elder Scrolls game. Does this scratch the itch if I really love the world and tone of the mainstream games? I don't really care about the whole mmo thing, I just want to know if it has the aforementioned tone and lore bits.
>>740627739Its worth a try, I re-installed today after they finally added extra difficulties so the game is playable, I did a mission where I had to collect three books with forbidden knowledge and I had the choice to burn the books or to give them to someone who really wanted them, reading the books was enjoyable so I would say yes, keep in mind I only have 10 hours played.
yes it’s good I played it on stadia till that shut down. start in morrowind.
>>740627739It's a very mcdonaldsfied TES experience even compared to Skyrim
It's alright. The lore and questing is cool because even if your decisions don't matter at all cause its an MMO lol, it still lets you make choices and make it feel like they matter and occasionally references choices you made in the past. The combat is abysmal dogshit however.
>>740627739I enjoyed, some storylines are better than others in terms of content, very hit or miss, but when it does hit its great. I appreciate how they implement a lot of interesting plotlines that bethesda decided to scrap, and the scale of the world and settlements is much better than usual bethesda games. My biggest complaint is that they must literally flip a coin when deciding whether an NPC is gay or not. I had 612 hours logged before I decided I had to stop or risk my autism compelling me to spend hundreds of dollars of real world money buying and decorating admittedly sick player owned mansions. If you suffer a similar strain of terminal retardation, I suggest you tread lightly and be ware of "limited time offers" and "special sales."

>>740627739once you get the skills you like you'll press them forever so it gets a bit repetitivethere's a lot to do though.
