>>740666573There is one roll menu with multiple banners on it. Right now there is the collabs banners and standard banner, but in a few days there will also be a featured resonator banner. Each one of those banner types has their own pulls and pity. Banners of the same type share pity. You buy the rolls using the same currency you earn through playing the game. Lucy and Rebecca's banners will be at the very top of that menu.
Cyberpsychosis just seems like an obvious rule patch because the writers realized there's no reason to not be 99% chromed up when the tech is so cheao and accessible. And even then they essentially forgot about it because in CP2077 you can end up with more mods and chrome than Adam Smasher and V is no different for it. Johnny being in his mind has more of an effect on him.
