No one's living under any illusions that if you commit to cloud gaming you're only playing on the time they let you have with it, even if you paid outright for it. If their servers become too heavily trafficked or CrowdStrike shits itself and knocks out half of the Internet then you gave up your ability to play the game and they never said you were immune to it.
