They cancelled ML without even trying to transition it into a standalone offline game despite it playing somewhat like any of the games like BBS, DDD, or Re:Coded.It's why KH4 is going to be a nightmare because it already mandates you to have watched/played all of KHUX and Dark Road and they're now going to have to shove Missing Link's story in there as well. MoM already had his entire backstory, motivations, and actions developed in KHUX so I have zero clue how they're going to make KH4 work standalone without KHUX context because it has all of it necessary to understand why he's doing anything to begin with.
I just want to play Yozora game. I just want KH without the Disney shit.
