Dunkey is well known for hating AAA gaming and is pretty vocal about it. He always makes fun of them. The only thing Dunkey usually praises are niche indie games or old school style games, which is what he likes and what his "gaming company" focuses on.

He would occasionally make a more "serious" video, such as his original game critic video, and the ones he made were well received. So he pivoted entirely to making these serious review videos but they were only interesting when he was just talking about the industry at a high level, giving his opinion game-by-game never worked out especially with how much he worships nintendo
