Lackluster communication on top of just having the release date seemingly push further away with everytime some news drop doesn't help either. Next test is hopefully better, but at this point I wouldn't even be suprised if they sadly fumbled with that aswell.
At least they confirmed they're working on Ossyria, the next test might include Orbis and El Nath

Nexon absolutely could invest into actual GMs to monitor chat and players in general to actively combat this, but I don't really think Nexon cares. As long as they are making money and happy with their numbers I don't think they'll do much sadly. One can only hope it won't be absolutely miserable as it's hard to retain players or recommend a game that is infested with gold selling and botting.
