This. Honestly I hate that IP holders don't do this more often. Experiencing the Elder Scrolls through a different genre would be cool. Personally I'd like an Elder Scrolls city builder/political sim where you play the role of a jarl or something and are tasked with running a hold and keeping your citizens happy while dealing with shit like bandit raids, monsters, delicate political situations, laws and culture, adventurer parties and fantastical race relations. Something like a fantasy version of Tropico. That would be fucking sweet.
