Assume every bit of shrubbery has a trap hidden behind it. If doing down vertical, ensure you can get down quickly and safely without pause. The turret delay is just long enough for you to nearly get grazed by it when sliding down vines. For sound canons, the moment you hear one charging up, quickly attempt to back peddle and find cover. Preferably solid tiles. I like to ragdoll flat to be certain no part of me is exposed.
