Radiation is usually not visible in games that bother to use it, because the devs don't have to code any lighting effects and can just play a generic radiation detector audio file for the same effect.The only notable game that used green radiation that I can think of off the top of my head is the toxic waste in Doom 1.Mewgenics also has green mutagen/toxic waste puddles.I guess Toxic Waste might usually be what you're thinking if.

Pył had a proper radiation counter as part of the hud. Otherwise it's almost unnoticeable you're taking damage since radiation doesn't cause pain or make any noises.
