You used to be called a discord tranny if you brought up the leaked achievement list because it was "obviously fake" and oops turns out it was real. The patch notes are mostly only QoL changes and accessibility shit when the big problem with DD2 was the lack of difficulty and content which they still haven't addressed. I'll happily eat crow if the DLC turns to be great and addresses the problems with the game. Maybe the added 12 dungeons and Norgan are incredible and totally not copypasted rooms with reskinned existing enemies and a boring RNG loot system, but so far it looks mid.

The eternal ferrystone has all the attention, but I was more in love with the new stamina update.It's still used when outside of combat but it's so minimal that's barely noticeable. Sprinting around now genuinely felt fun, because you're not interrupted every 30 seconds by gasps of agony.It feels such a small change but I think this is perhaps one of the most important updates because how it drastically affects travel.

>>740905294It'll likely be L1+L2(sheath) and L1+R2(grapple). You don't really need to be able to do these action while holding the L1 skill modifier. Alternatively, they could do double face inputs. So like L1+square+triangle and L1+X+square. Monster Hunter uses square+triangle for many weapons so it's not completely off the table. Either that or they'll simply have an input that toggles over to the other two skills which would be less ideal. If they wanted to do it that way it would be better to just give you a full second set of four face button inputs. L2 and R2 probably make the most sense and will feel the best.

You guys do realize that part of the reason the game becomes "easy" is due to constantly traveling back and forth while fighting enemies along the way, right? Since leveling is automatic, you increase your level faster with more trips. Using fast travel can actually help slow down your level pacing a bit. I don't think the eternal ferrystone should be given right away though but instead it should be in the game as a late reward. It's not really a big deal though if you don't like it, just throw it in storage and forget about it.
