The Kingdom Hearts behind the door to Darkness wasn't the special Kingdom hearts that grants wishes, as it's the Kingdom Hearts of Worlds' Hearts, made up of all of the worlds who fell to darkness during the events of KH1. It being made up of hearts, it's no surprise that it's made of light, though it's presence in the realm of darkness behind the door to darkness seems out of place. After the events of kh1, that kingdom heart disappears, and now the door to darkness should just open to the realm of darkness with no light.
