Kinda wish I knew about the bestiary quests earlier since I already killed almost all the wildlife before discovering it but such is the way of Gothic. Hope they fix the grievances and NPC interaction since sometimes they just don't react to anything I do and other times the whole camp goes aggressive on me just strolling through the streets. In that sense it's similiar to the original I guess. Next run is probably going to be muscle wizard with the fistfighting.

Once you max it out you get the kill everything rain of fire spell and that solves all problems. Money is simply broken by knocking out a few high ranking officers at Gomez's castle, then selling their equipment to vendors. Pickpocketing is a fast way to bulk up in the remake too.

There is something funny about reading the reviews about how punishing and hard Gothic remake is and that makes somehow the game stand out among the crowd.But that thing was the standard in 2001, I didn't even think Gothic was all that hard back in the day.
