As a millennial unc, I apologize. Our rabid consoomerism and lack of critical thougt ensured that Gen X would exploit our "muh nostalgia" for ages to come, recycling our childhoods into psychic goyfeed to keep us placated. This meant that you, Gen Z, would have nothing but a steady stream of the dregs of a childhood you never lived, from a generation past. We did this. We can blame Gen X and Boomers, but we are the market allowing, and, indeed, supporting them to do this.
