Yes, I have 16 modifiers onYes, I beat Mina's game
>>740991216swallowed alive status?
I am really starting to hate this thing. What the fuck is it even asking for? Is there a maximum higher than 2X? What does "in combat" mean? Does there just have to be an enemy onscreen or does there have to be an aggressive enemy actively attacking within a certain range? Do I just need to hold out or continue the violence to count as in combat? I swear to god some of these achievements make me want to drink Spark
>>740991216>moddedYou didn't beat it
>>740992007lol nevermind
>>740992387You didn't earn the achievement.
Did any of you guys find the Yacht club games logo in the ocean? That was pretty cool.
>>740992481don't care, still dumban achievement where you have to land like 30 consecutive hits without getting hit in a game where the Y axis is merely a suggestion is not something I'd feel proud of anyway
>Fix: Beckoning Collar demon is now lactose intolerant due to all the cheese you’ve been feeding itIt's never been more over.
>turn on modifiers bitchBest advice ever.Game went from hardest shit I ever done played, to the easiest game, back to the hardest.
If I beat the game with the hard/weird modifiers, will I just... not get the achievement for beating the game?Don't modifiers turn them off?
>>740993440In the modifiers menu there's a little pumpkin icon that appears in the top right when a modifier is activated. If that icon turns red, achievements will be disabled for that file, if it's blue you're fine. Most of the modifiers that make the game harder don't block achievements.
>>740992487That was pretty fun.>Huh, there's no block on that side of the screen. Did devs forget it?>How long can I keep going...?>Oh, neat!
anyone know the comparison of damage between the upgraded tipper mace hit and the charged hammer attack?
they release the thorne files, fellow drawfags
this game has such objectively bad enemy and fight design but people are gonna pretend it doesn't
>>740994103You can use the training dummy in the Underlab to find that out, I think.
>>740994501I just want to know what he looks like without the helmet, the sprite is too small
>>740994571>A huge majority of enemies and basically every boss can attack diagonally>You don'tVery cool Yacht club, I love facetanking Bloodborne enemies in Zelda 1 and cheesing my way through the game with the comically overpowered plasma vial trinkets
>>740994501That's pretty cool. However, the next Mina drawing I plan on making is crossover crackship garbage made for my own personal twisted fantasies.
>>740995195hammer attacks diagonally and is the best weapon
>>740991216There was a 2d game i played last year called slick singing i think but I much prefer Mina
>>740992775Featsbros on suicide watch
>>740995283The roll sucks, it's so damn sensitive. I'd unironically prefer if you stood still and could only rotate.
>>740995432I think you should only try turning with the roll if you start it from very far away, even as far as still being out of range for your own attack after the roll. once you land a charge attack I usually jump instantly, the hitstun is so massive you can usually freeze people in mid attack and jump out of the way in time to avoid their attack
>>740995601But the whip just werks
This game has such objectively great enemy and fight design. Disregard anyone with the opposite opinion, they're pretending and wrong.
>>740995643except when you need to hit shit at an angle
dead game and broke studio
This game has such objectively horrible enemy and fight design. Disregard anyone with the opposite opinion, they're pretending and wrong.
>>740992775Lame. They're going to be like Relogic and patch the game dozens of times anyone finds a clever way to do anything.A good chunk of the cheesiest cheese in this game is the result of either smart trinket combinations or finding it on reddit to beat the game. The former should be allowed to feel like they outsmarted the game and did something cool. And the latter were never going to feel that way regardless. It's not about feats or achievements or any sort of badge. I don't fancy myself skilled enough to do a speedrun or -1% anyway, so the rest of the little checkboxes don't matter. It's about giving the players hundreds of combinations with trinkets and subweapons only to go "NO NOT LIKE THAT."I just do not understand these developers that pride themselves in these open ended formulas where they "look forward to what players come up with" and thenbackhand the player for coming up with anything remotely good.
>macacos can't help but bump Mina threads with their seethe No... She's too powerful!
>make a game that stars a mouse>make the final boss a giant catThese absolute fucking hacks couldn't help themselves, could they?
>mechanics-slop
>>740996915Its all very cat and mouse, ain' it?
What the fuck am I supposed to do here?
>>740998483You can't possibly think you are rightfully beating the game with a healthbar that size
>>740998976Why would the game give him a health bar that size if he couldn't beat the game with it?
>>740999198>why would the game let him summon coop spirits to beat the game for you
>>740998483
>The volt shield in Septemburg>The grip shoes in Coltrane>The burrower's codex in NoxIt's funny that half the areas of the game have a trinket that just says "Nah, no skill needed here"
I just realized you could become a monster Mina, and she does the fucking thriller dance
