They just now got the Fable, Halo, Gears after over 5 years of nothing. But I agree that Phil Spenser hurt Xbox by deciding to buy out studios to be 1st party rather than commissioning them for exclusives. People forget but the first years of xbone had games like Killer Instinct, Dead Rising 4, Ryse, Quantum Break, and Crimson Dragon. They weren't all good but they had games from Mattrick commissioning them for xbox. Once Phil got in charge he stopped paying for exclusive games and decided to buy out studios. Now they are bleeding money. I'm pretty sure he got spooked by Double Helix getting bought from under them by Amazon and went on a buying spree to stop google and amazon from entering the gaming market. I think this decision damaged game development in the west pretty significantly. A lot of the studios that used to survive off being commissioned to make an exclusive for Sony or MS had to get bought out or die. It really hurt Ubisoft and EA.
