Just started playing Bloons stuff recently again and remembered I had 6, been putting some time in it off and on. Haven't really done much besides unlocking expert maps and most of the monkey unlocks and some monkey knowledge unlocks.
The fuck do I even do? I feel like there's so much stuff, challenges, etc., but I kinda suck ass and haven't gone off the full autismo deep end in terms of learning meta, DPS, etc., doing bosses, etc. Only just recently did co-op with a friend and used a paragon for the first time after some surely unoptimized money farming strats.

I know no one here cares about Social Season Events, but I'm curious to see what the second one will be like. I agree that Season 1 was a total grind (especially Phase 1; I'll admit that Phase 2 wasn't too bad). If Season 2 is just as tedious, then I'm not taking part in Social Events anymore. I'll still complete all the goals in the second one, but that'll be it for me.

And "max rewards still being possible for a small dedicated Team" my ass. Earning 175,000 stars requires at least 12 dedicated players. That's not a small team; a small team is, like, half that. If anything, a perfect Team score should be 90,000 stars. MAYBE 120,000, but no more than that.

apparently it got to exploit kind of ways to basically stack the money made from druid between games so you effectively could make millions of coins with just placing a few of them so they had to fix it because bosses and shit, it's kinda funny how druid have been a staple on breaking the game with money farming because they HAVE to have one skill in their middle path that does that but people find stupid ways to make it give infinite money

Half cash sucks purely because it is almost always the same strat for most maps
At least with normal cash you csn have some variety as you can get a defence going and farm some cash but that still ends up being samey. At least you don't have to stick to that one method in normal cash though

80% of the time is something in the lines of slowly building these up to maximize the damage they do and stack it up slowly being upgraded, so you will see a lot of strats that use some combination of:
Sauda
2 or so 203 subs
301 Alchemist(s)
024 bomb shooters
042 and sometimes 024 Magic Monkeys
402 or 420 snipers
420 ice monkeys
024 glue gunners
XX2 villages usually the two paths to maximize the buffs and range
There's some more or some less, that's depending on the map sizes or something they can change but you will be most likely to use these for the purpose of starting with Sauda as she's the cheapest hero that can be put ASAP to use as much of her buff to make her a nuke with the Bloons pray passive to make her to more damage to stuff already getting stunned and or just make retarded amounts of damage with least cash possible using the alchemist extra damage buff for weaker towers that have fast fire rate and multiple projectiles that can also do it in an area

How do I get to where I can afford some of those? I put down a Boomerang monkey for early rounds, and sold him for Sauda, but after placing a couple of subs, I flopped.

i remember when we used to do co-ops a lot more often here, there was that one guy who only used corvus as a hero i saw every now and then
i always found it funny when he slowed hard parts of waves down to kill bloons with corvus, so i'd just hit the x2 speed button and watch him struggle to keep up with the speed

the cheaper first monkey perk does allow you to put her in the first round but you have to unlock them in social seasons, and they haven't come back
those perks are fucking insane tho, just the first two were longer range, bouncy projectiles and that, it's really OP and it's weird they can't be unlocked right now and are time gated to a specific moment

Technicallly there's still some income deficit since you get half the money from sources which is to say the boats + monkey farms and some other loose change abilities that give profits like druids and the powers iirc
